Today we are making available Simplicity Linux Origin. Origin is a lightly remastered Puppy Linux 4.12 which has a lot of the bloat cut out and things we think Puppy should have had as standard installed. It is basically our development platform from which all the other Simplicity Linux distros will be created from. So, if you want a sneak peek, please, help yourself to the ISO.

SimplicityLinux.com will be the home of Simplicity Linux. At the moment we are still putting the finishing touches to our distro, and we are planning a few different editions. The first will be Notebook Edition. A stripped down Linux with a lot of Cloud Computing features.

We are also planning a Windows Refugees Edition which we're hoping will be very close to the new Windows 7 interface with a lot of Windows programs such as Skype, Firefox, and Open Office. And of course, it will include WINE so you can run your favourite Windows programs, and have 3D support.
