Linux Tar Gzip Command

Free basic installation on Linux?
I have Ubuntu and I just downloaded http://www.freebasic.net/index.php/details?page=download&category=bin&id=4 Free basic compiler independent. I need instructions for installation. According to the ReadMe file, I unzip gzip tar. Then open a terminal, go to the directory then run "sudo. / install-standalone.sh-i" which was just what he has said, but prints the terminal "sudo. / install-standalone.sh: command not found "What should I do?
In the command window to a standalone.sh ls-l and you see it? If you can see, no permits X is that? If you can see, you can (ie you are in the right place) but there is x (ie, the shell script executable decompressed without permits), then the change sudo line ….. should do. . / Install standalone.sh-i Note the extra point. Its now sudo "space." "Space." / Additional installation. COMAND is actually said that "this script, even thought I could not do your executable" or, alternatively, a chmod + x install-standalone.sh
